Stacy and Jason flew out from the east coast for their wedding - just the two of them surrounded by mountains. All they knew is that they wanted to do something different because they felt it best represented their relationship. After discussing various locations, Stacy and Jason chose to elope at sunrise on a 13er in the middle of the Colorado Rockies. 4am came quickly and we were on the trail under the stars. We timed out the adventure for Jason to have his first look at the moment the sun peaked out and flooded the valleys below with golden light. And yes, “gold” accurately summarizes the day.
